New Verification, More Protection: Introducing One-Time Passcodes

New scams, new ways for hackers to gain access to sensitive information … and new ways for your information to be used against you or for illegal purposes. With this in mind, ADP TotalSource® is enhancing your account security with an added layer of protection to verify both employers and employees: One-Time Passcodes (OTP).

How It Works

When calling into ADP TotalSource, we’ll send a unique OTP to either a registered phone number or email address. Be sure to log in to the ADP® Mobile Solutions app (Apple / Android) and confirm the information we have is up to date. (Steps on how to do that are below.)

After you receive the OTP, you just need to provide it to our team. All of this can be done while on the phone.

What if I don’t have a phone or an email address on file?

Through the middle of May, our team will offer additional options for verification. After the middle of May, we may be limited in the services we can provide.

6 Easy Steps to Update your Profile:

  1. Open the ADP Mobile Solutions app.
  2. Go to Icon Bubble in the top left of the app.
  3. Click Profile > Personal > Personal Information
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the field you want to update.
  5. Update mobile phone number and/or email address.
  6. Click Save.
