Voluntary Short Term Disability

You can purchase Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance with a guaranteed monthly benefit income of up to 60% of your salary. These benefits can help maintain your lifestyle while you are recovering from an accident, illness, or even the birth of a baby.

Additional Voluntary Benefits are available to you at a discounted group rate. Consider enrolling in Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and Legal Services.
